Visit us at https://online.nmims.edu/about-us/ for more information.\n\nJob Title\nSr. Coordinator-Assessment QA\n\nReports to\nAssistant Registrar-QA & Compliance\n\nLocation\nMumbai\n\nJob Purpose\nThis role is responsible to assist Director CIQA for developing and reviewing quality of assessment tools, including tests, exams, quizzes, project assignments, case studies etc to measure student’s learning outcomes effectively.\nKey Responsibilities\nAssist Director CIQA to review and assess available assessment tools, including tests, exams, quizzes, project assignments, case studies etc. to measure student’s learning outcomes effectively\nImplement quality assurance procedures to maintain consistency and standards across all assessment tools.\nAssist Director to design, develop and implement new assessment tools of Internal Assessments (IA) & Term End Exams (TEE)\nMonitor assessments align with learning objectives and provide a fair evaluation of student knowledge and skills.\nCollect and analyse data related to student performance, CLOF attainment, UFM cases, teacher effectiveness, and other relevant metrics.\nGenerate reports on assessment results and provide feedback to faculty and administrators to facilitate data-driven decision-making.\nAssess various assessment tools and methodologies, such as rubrics, surveys, and standardized tests, to evaluate educational outcomes.\nAssist Director CIQA to Collect, Collate and disseminate accurate and reliable statistics about assessment quality of programmes at NCDOE.\nAssist Director CIQA for preparation and submission of required regulatory reports, Annual report and documentation to statutory bodies in a timely and accurate manner.\nProvide reports and updates to senior leadership and regulatory bodies as necessary.\nMaintain comprehensive records of compliance activities, reports, and corrective actions.\nFacilitate training to staff and teachers on quality assurance procedures.\nCoordinate with relevant regulatory authorities for audits and inspections.\nStay updated with educational trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in online learning.\nProvide training and support to faculty and staff on assessment methods, parity on grading, and assessment quality improvement initiatives\n\nKey Interactions\n\nInternal Stakeholders\nExternal Stakeholders\n\nUniversity Departments\nStudents\n\nAgency, Vendors\n\nDimensions\nThis is individual contributor role \nRequirements- Skills & Competencies\nUnderstands quality assurance norms of assessment tools used for distance and online learning\nAttention to detail and a commitment to quality improvement.\nAbility to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.\nKnowledge of relevant software and tools (e.g. MS Excel, BI) for data analysis and reporting.\nAdaptability to changing digital content trends and technologies.\nTime management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.\nEthical and responsible behavior, especially when handling sensitive or confidential content.\nRequirements- Education & work experience\nPreferred to have Master's degree in education, instructional design, quality assurance, or a related field.\nProven work experience of 5-8 years in education quality assurance, accreditation, or a similar role within an educational institution.\nExperience in quality assurance or assessment review in an educational setting is preferred.\nDeep understanding of educational standards, assessment methodologies, and data analysis techniques is essential.\nFamiliarity with learning management systems (LMS) and digital content creation tools.","description_format":"text","description_chars":3734,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":5,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":{"level":"master","optional":true},"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Education","Health Care","Higher Education"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-28T17:51:22Z"}],"liveness":{"score":26,"band":"fade","label":"Fading","p_open":1,"p_active":0.469,"p_room":0.55,"age_days":34,"expected_fill_days":30,"reasons":["conf:7","stale_co","win:tail"],"computed_at":"2026-09-30T05:45:00Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/nmims-sr-coordinator-assessment-qa","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/nmims-sr-coordinator-assessment-qa.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-01T01:57:32Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","usage":{"tier":"crawler","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":1557,"day_limit":5000,"remaining_today":3443,"minute_limit":60,"resets_at":"2026-10-02T00:00:00Z"}}}
