Construction management experience required.\nIndustry related licenses or certificates - LEED AP and/or PMP preferred.\nKnowledge and extensive work experience in the field of Project Management and/or Construction Management\nUnderstanding and knowledge of necessary regulations, in the areas in which work is being performed, to ensure compliance.\nMust be able to lead and communicate, in writing and orally, effectively within all organizational levels.\nMust be proficient with business standard desktop software and scheduling tools.\nMay perform other duties as assigned\nSalary: $160,000 - $185,000 annually\nThe expected base salary for this position ranges from $160,000 to $185,000 annually. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held.
