The ideal candidate combines transaction coordination skills with strong analytical capabilities, maintaining a high level of precision and organization in a fast-paced environment.\nThis position is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and confidential materials with precision. The Transaction Coordinator will work with adjacent business lines including Investment Sales, Data Center Capital Markets, and Strategic Advisory & Liquidity Services.\nKey Responsibilities\nAdministrative\nManage the Team’s meeting schedule and prepare materials for Team’s pitches, investor meetings, calls, etc.\nParticipate in and document weekly Team meetings; prepare Team follow-ups and related tasks\nCoordinate meeting/call schedules for multiple parties - internal and outward-facing with clients and investors; facilitate in-office meetings as needed\nAssist with coordination of client dinners and events (attendee list management, RSVP tracking, arranging reservations/venues, hiring vendors, etc.)\n\nDeal Marketing\nAssist Analysts/Brokers in management of content for Pitches, BOVs, CIMs, and other related deliverables (PowerPoint required, InDesign a plus); coordinate with the Graphics Team as needed\nAssist in the creation and distribution of Teasers for active listings, via email or deal marketing software (i.e., Revere)\n\nDeal Execution & Diligence\nCoordinate with the Legal department in the preparation/execution of engagement agreements, NDAs, etc.\nManage, track, and report investor NDA execution on active deals; assist with managing data room/data site administration (i.e., Box, Revere, etc.); schedule property tours as needed\nManage deal closing processes - gather information needed for invoicing, PR, closing announcements, case studies, etc. - working with the respective parties throughout\n\nPipeline & Data / Team Materials\nManage Team Pipelines to ensure information is current; monitor transaction progress and ensure critical dates are being met\nProduce weekly Marketing status reports for active deals\nOrganize and update client/investor lists and databases\nMaintain track-record library, awards and league-table submissions, and keep credentials/pitch asset library current\n\nAnnouncements & Brand\nCreate closing announcements; manage e-blast distributions and LinkedIn postings\nDevelop and maintain the Team’s social media strategy; work with Graphics & PR teams to create regular content and promote noteworthy deals\n\nConfidentiality\nThis role requires regular exposure to highly confidential deal, financial, and client information - including active listings, investor bids, NDAs, and pending transactions. The Transaction Coordinator is expected to exercise sound judgment and discretion in handling all sensitive and proprietary materials at all times.\nQualifications\nExperience & Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree required; 3-5 years of transaction management experience in commercial real estate, investment banking, or a related financial services environment\nExperience coordinating high-level client meetings (investor meetings / roadshows a plus)\nExperience managing high-volume workflows and complex administrative tasks with minimal direction, under tight deadlines\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously\nProfessional written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage communications among multiple stakeholders\nDiscretion in handling sensitive and confidential information\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/database systems \nFamiliarity with commercial real estate finance transactions and capital markets processes strongly preferred\nSalary Range:\nThe expected base salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 annually. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis, taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held.
