You will help modernize existing automation solutions and contribute to the evolution from traditional RPA towards AI-driven automation and agent-based solutions.\nWhat You Will Do\nDesign, develop and deploy AI agents and GenAI solutions driven by LLMs\nBuild intelligent automation solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Platform and Azure services.\nAnalyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation, optimization and AI augmentation.\nSupport the transition and modernization of legacy RPA solutions by evaluating and implementing alternative approaches, including Microsoft Power Automate, API integrations and LLM-powered Agentic workflows.\nDesign and integrate solutions with enterprise applications, databases, APIs and cloud services.\nDevelop scalable data and AI pipelines using Python, SQL and modern cloud technologies.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solutions and support successful adoption.\nImplement monitoring, testing and performance optimization practices for AI and automation solutions.\nEnsure compliance with NN architecture, security, Data and AI governance standards.\nMaintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing across teams.\nQualifications\nRequired\n4+ years of experience in AI Engineering, Intelligent Automation or related software engineering roles.\nStrong hands-on experience with Python and REST APIs.\nExperience developing and deploying Gen AI solutions (LLMOps).\nExperience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate.\nUnderstanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases and AI agents.\nExperience modernizing or replacing legacy RPA implementations.\nExperience integrating solutions through APIs with enterprise systems.\nKnowledge of software engineering best practices, including Git and CI/CD pipelines.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.\nExcellent communication skills in English.\nPreferred\nExperience with Databricks and modern data platforms.\nKnowledge of OCR, Document
