The ideal candidate combines strong technical depth with a coaching mindset and enjoys working closely with teams to accelerate their data maturity.\nYour Impact as Databricks Data Platform Engineer : What are you going to do\nPlatform engineering & operations\nDesign, build, andoperatescalable and secure Databricks data platforms in a cloud environment (Azure-based).\n\nDevelop andmaintainshared platform components, including workspace standards, cluster policies, networking, and integrations.\n\nAutomate platform provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD pipelines.\n\nEnsure platform reliability, performance, cost-efficiency, and observability.\n\nEnablement & self-service\n\nEnable self-service data engineering and analytics capabilities by providing reusable templates, libraries, and reference architectures.\n\nDefine and promote platform standards, guardrails, and best practices for data ingestion, transformation, and analytics on Databricks.\n\nSupport teams in adopting these standards while balancing autonomy and governance.\n\nActively remove friction for data teams by improving developer experience on the platform\n\nConsultancy & stakeholder support\nAct as a trusted technical advisor for data engineers, analytics engineers, data scientists, and product teams.\n\nSupport domain teams in designing and implementing data pipelines and analytical use cases on Databricks.\n\nPartner with architects, security, and governance teams to ensure platform solutions align with enterprise policies.\n\nTranslate business and analytical requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.\n\nTraining & knowledge sharing\nContribute to and deliver training sessions, workshops, and onboarding materials for Databricks users.\n\nCoach and mentor engineers and analysts to raise overall data platform maturity.\n\nShare knowledge through documentation, internal communities, anddataengineering guilds.\n\nActively contribute to a strong Data & AI engineering culture within the organization.\n\nThe team you’ll join:\nYou will be part of the Data & AICenterof Excellence, a multidisciplinaryvirtualteam. Also, every team works under agile methodology.\n\nWho you are:\nYou have a bachelor’s or master’s degree and corresponding thinking level.\n\nYou have 5+ years of experience in data platform engineering or data engineering in large-scale enterprise environments.\n\nYou have hands-on experience with Databricks (data engineering, analytics, or platform administration).\n\nYou are proficient in Python and SQL, and familiar with CI/CD practices.\n\nYou have a solid understanding of:Data lake/lakehousearchitectures, data ingestion and transformation patterns,Cloud-native data platforms\n\nYou are comfortable working in an agile (Scrum) environment.\n\nYou communicate clearly and enjoy collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nYou have a strong enablement mindset and enjoy helping others succeed.\n\nNice to have:\nExperience with Azure DevOps, Terraform, Bash, Azure CLI, or REST APIs.\n\nExperience with data governance, security, and access control concepts (e.g.RBAC).\n\nFamiliarity with analytics engineering tools and practices.\n\nDatabricks certifications (Data Engineer, Platform Administrator, or Solution Architect).\n\nExperience working in aCenterof Excellence or similar enablement-focused setup.\n\nIf you are a passionate and experienced Databricks Data Platform Engineer looking for an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, we encourage you to apply for this position.
