We deliver IT services and solutions for the different international Business Units.\nQuality Assurance Engineer\nYour Impact as Quality Assurance Engineer: What are you going to do\nThe QA Engineer role plays an important part in our company’s product development process, responsibilities include:\n\nDesigning and implementing tests, debugging and defining corrective actions, review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics (e.g. defect densities and open defect counts)\n\nConducting tests before product launches to ensure software runs smoothly and meets client needs, while being cost-effective.\n\nProviding end-to-end solutions to software quality problems.\n\nMonitor all stages of software development to identify and resolve system malfunctions to meet quality standards.\n\nTo develop and execute exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality.\n\nKey responsibilities include:\nReview requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback\n\nCreate detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases\n\nEstimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities\n\nDesign, develop and execute automation scripts using standard NN tools\n\nIdentify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs\n\nPerform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved\n\nDevelop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs\n\nLiaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements\n\nMonitor debugging process results\n\nInvestigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions\n\nTrack quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts\n\nStay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies\n\nWhat do we offer?\nAs part of our Employee Experience, we offer you a range of competitive benefits that are available to you in order to improve the physical, mental, and professional wellbeing of our workers. Also, every team works under agile methodology.\n\n Who you are?\nWork experience in insurance & banking sector in software quality assurance.\n\nStrong communication skills in English ( both speaking & writing )\n\nHands on experience in development and maintenance of automation frameworks using functional testing tools like PlayWright & Cypress.\n\nFamiliar with both GUI/API testing focussing on front end web portal test systems & back-end systems.\n\nUnderstanding TypeScript/JavaScript/Phython including its features, syntax, and best practices.\n\nFamiliar with API testing tools ( Postman, Bruno ) and REST/SOAP API concepts.\n\nFamiliar with SQL queries required for DDBB level testing.\n\nStrong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes\n\nExperience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases\n\nExperience working in an Agile/Scrum development process\n\nExperience with performance and/or security testing is a plus\n\nIf you are a passionate and experienced Quality Assurance Engineer looking for an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, we encourage you to apply for this position.
