Join our DevOPS team!\nWhat you’ll do here:\nPrepare test and user guides for new ServiceNow features.\nDescribe business requirements, process flows, build ServiceNow forms, tables, modules, and scripts.\nConnect ServiceNow to other systems using REST/SOAP or our own connector, incl. web services.\nWrite and debug code in JavaScript.\nDesign services and reporting dashboards.\nCreate clear, user-friendly catalog items and handle ad hoc requests.\nHelp spread the mission and values of NN GROUP and the ServiceNow community.\nWe expect:\nStrong ServiceNow scripting and JavaScript experience.\nExperience with ServiceNow platform maintenance is a must (patches, upgrades, etc.).\nKnowledge of ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM), including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management, is highly desirable.\nServiceNow System Administrator certification.\nExperience with UX design.\nExperience working in large enterprise environments and a customer support mindset.\nStrong organizational and communication skills.\nUniversity degree or equivalent relevant work experience.\nEnglish proficiency for daily meetings.\nNice to have:\nExperience with ServiceNow Software Asset Management Professional (SAM Pro).\nAdditional ServiceNow certifications.\nPerks of joining NN\nWe work mostly from home, giving you the flexibility to choose your preferred workspace.
