Advanced Veeva Technical Consultant Do you want to work with Veeva Vault solutions in a global and regulated environment? We are looking for an Advanced Veeva Technical Consultant to join our team and support customers within the life sciences industry through advisory, support, and continuous optimization of Veeva platforms. You will join a highly skilled team working closely with customers and colleagues across functions and geographies. The role offers a combination of technical support, system administration, configuration, and customer advisory within business critical solutions. Your responsibilities As a Veeva Consultant, you will work with support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Veeva Vault applications. Your primary responsibilities will include:\nProvide technical support for Veeva Vault applications including RIM, Quality, Safety and Clinical\nAdvise customers and stakeholders on system functionality and best practices\nEvaluate current solutions and implement improvements based on business requirements\nDrive continuous improvements by utilizing new Veeva functionality and managing customer backlog\nPerform system configuration and routine administration tasks\nDeploy and promote changes through package deployments and change control processes\nAct as escalation point for incidents, issues, and support related questions\nTroubleshoot and resolve system related issues\nEnsure system quality, compliance, and user adoption\nManage users, roles, and permissions across Veeva environments\nSupport creation of reports and dashboards\nPerform data loads including upload of documents, users, metadata, and field updates\nSupport data mapping and realignment activities related to system configurations\nEnsure Veeva environments remain validated following releases and implemented changes Your qualifications We expect you to have a structured and quality focused approach combined with strong collaboration and communication skills. We imagine that you have:\nExperience supporting Veeva or similar enterprise applications\nHands on experience with Veeva Vault administration\nExperience working with Vault Quality, Vault Clinical, or Vault Regulatory\nExperience supporting QualityDocs, QMS, Training, Validation manager, CTMS, eTMF, Submissions, Registration, Submission Archive, or Publishing or content management systems in general\nExperience from Technical Support or Application Management Services\nExperience working in international and multicultural environments\nStrong communication skills in English both written and spoken\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively across teams\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills\nAbility to learn new systems and technologies quickly\nA structured and detail oriented approach to your work It is an advantage if you also have:\nExperience from the life sciences industry\nKnowledge of GxP regulated environments\nFamiliarity with Veeva Open Data or Veeva Network\nVeeva Vault Administrator or Associate Administrator certification\nPython or java knowledge\nITIL experience or certification\nExperience with stakeholder management and customer dialogue Education\nDegree in computer science, information systems, or a related field\nRelevant work experience may substitute formal education What we offer At NNIT, we are committed to creating an environment where employees can develop professionally and personally while contributing to meaningful solutions for our customers.
