\n技术能力：\n1. 精通掌握CAD、Office、Project等常用办公及绘图软件，可独立完成图纸查看、文档编制、数据汇总等工作。\n2. 熟悉园区网络、安防、多媒体、数据中心等系统IT基础设施及架构，精通相关施工工艺、施工标准及验收规范。\n3. 具备项目进度统筹、计划编排、节点管控能力。\n4. 具备丰富的施工现场统筹协调经验，能够快速处理现场各类施工突发问题。\n软性能力：\n1. 具备良好的项目沟通、供应商管理、跨团队协作能力;
