This position supports the team, management, and works closely with our Head Office on administrative, accounting, and some HR-related tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment.\nPlease note the following Roles and Responsibilities for this position which include but is not limited to:\nAssist with payroll preparation\nData entry of high volume parts and sublet invoices on a timely basis\nReceive vendor statements, and check status of payment for listed, overdue invoices\nProcess payment to vendors\nReconcile and maintain AP account\nReceive payment from customers\nNote and resolve discrepancies in AR\nBank and credit card reconciliation\nMonth end closing of sales and purchases\nAssisting in other administrative duties if needed\nHelp compile monthly reports and support financial documentation for Head Office.\nMaintain employee files and help ensure HR compliance.\nSupport budgeting and general office record keeping.\nCommunicate and coordinate with Head Office on various administrative or accounting tasks.\nAssist with scheduling, correspondence, and internal communications.\nProvide general administrative support to management and other departments as needed.\nEscalate urgent or sensitive matters to the General Manager or Head Office.\nAn ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate some if not all the following qualifications:\nAble to work in the office 5 days a week\nBookkeeping or general accounting experience: 5+ years\nExperience with Quickbooks is an asset\nAble to work into deadlines in a fast paced environment\nIntermediate computer and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook & Word) skills\nStrong written and oral communication skills\nGeneral HR knowledge\nAttention to detail and high level of accuracy in processing\nNo.1 Collision Group will always provide the best for our people, as we value them and the commitment they make to the growth of this organization.
