These are the people we are looking to hire as a part of our team here at No. 1.\nWe are currently recruiting a Dealer Relations Coordinator to join our team.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nServe as the primary point of contact for dealership partners\nBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dealerships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business\nCoordinate with dealership staff to streamline processes, manage service requests, and ensure timely communication\nProvide regular updates to customers throughout the repair process\nDevelop and implement customer satisfaction initiatives (e.g., monthly prize draws, gift card incentives)\nEncourage and promote positive Google Reviews and online engagement\nCollaborate with internal teams to address client needs and maintain high service standards\nConduct regular visits to dealerships to assess needs, provide updates, and nurture partnerships\nTrack client and dealership interactions; identify opportunities to enhance service delivery\nResearch and maintain strong working relationships with insurance companies\nAssist the Production Manager with operational tasks as needed\nMove customer vehicles safely, as required\nPerform other duties as assigned\nQualifications\nMinimum 5 years of experience in Autobody or Dealership environments\nExtensive experience working with insurance companies in California\nTeam player with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service\nAbility to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset\nStrong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solution-oriented approach\nHighly organized and able to manage multiple relationships and responsibilities simultaneously\nValid California Driver’s License with a clean record; able to drive both manual and automatic vehicles\nProficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite\nNo.1 Collision Group will always provide the best for our people, as we value them and the commitment they make to the growth of this organization.
