As new technologies, automation capabilities, and systems continue to be introduced, you will play a key role in ensuring a scalable, connected, and future-ready digital landscape.\nAbout the role\nIn this role you will help connect our SAP S/4HANA landscape, manufacturing execution systems (MES), and production operations. Working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners, you will contribute to strategic development initiatives and the continuous improvement of our digital ecosystem.\nKey responsibilities include:\nSolution Design & Architecture\nDesign robust, scalable, and secure solutions across SAP and MES environments.\n\nTranslate business and process requirements into high-level solution designs and architecture.\n\nEnsure alignment with enterprise architecture principles and Nobia's digital strategy.\n\nStakeholder Collaboration\nCollaborate with business stakeholders, process owners and end users to understand needs and identify improvement opportunities.\n\nWork closely with solution engineers, architects and product owners to deliver integrated solutions and support future roadmaps.\n\nEnsure alignment across systems, domains and business functions.\n\nGovernance & Compliance\nEnsure solutions meet architectural, security, compliance, and governance standards.\n\nContribute to architectural reviews, change management processes, and technical decision-making.\n\nMaintain clear documentation and traceability throughout the solution lifecycle.\n\nContinuous Improvement\nStay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices within SAP, MES, and manufacturing technology.\n\nDrive modernization, automation, and system integration initiatives across the manufacturing environment.\n\nIdentify and remove bottlenecks that impact operational efficiency and order fulfillment.\n\nLocation: Nobia Park, Jönköping, with an expected on-site presence of at least three days per week. The role includes regular travel to other Nobia locations.\nWho you are\nTo succeed in this role, you are a skilled and proactive Solution Architect who combines a holistic perspective with a strong technical understanding. With a structured and analytical mindset, you thrive in environments where continuous improvement, innovation, and cross-functional teamwork are key to success.\nWe believe you bring:\nBachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.\n\n5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, with a strong focus on SAP Supply chain management and MES integration.\n\nProven experience in designing and deploying solutions in manufacturing environments.\n\nSolid understanding of SAP modules (e.g., PP, MM, QM) and interfaces to MES platforms.\n\nStrong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.\n\nAbility to balance technical depth with business context in discussions.\nPreferred Skills:\n\nFamiliarity with common MES platforms\n\nDeep technical knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, particularly within configured products and highly automated make-to-order (MTO) environments.\n\nExperience with industrial IoT, edge computing, or data lakes is advantageous.\n\nKnowledge of agile methodologies and product-centric delivery models.\n\nCertifications such as TOGAF, SAP Certified Technology Associate, or similar are a plus.\n\nAbout Nobia\nNobia is Europe’s leading kitchen specialist, with strong brands such as Marbodal, HTH, Sigdal, and uno form.
