This role is responsible for daily ERP system updates, documentation verification, and coordination of asset lifecycle activities including repairs, scrapping, divestments, and ownership changes. The position ensures data integrity within business systems and supports efficient inventory and asset management processes through effective stakeholder communication, reporting, and administrative support.\nYour responsibilities\nMaintain and update inventory and asset records in ERP systems, including IFS, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.\nSupport inventory and asset-related requests through the Connect customer service portal and provide timely follow-up on open actions.\nProcess and support inventory transaction activities within ERP systems in accordance with established procedures.\nVerify and maintain documentation related to asset lifecycle activities, including scrapping, divestments, repairs, ownership transfers, and disposals.\nMaintain inventory trackers, asset databases, and documentation libraries to support operational visibility and compliance.\nPrepare routine reports, summaries, and data analyses related to inventory and asset management activities.\nCoordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain pending approvals, confirmations, and supporting documentation required for inventory and asset transactions.\nPerform all duties in compliance with company policies, SOPs, and internal controls, while supporting additional business requirements and ad hoc assignments as needed.\nOur requirements\nRequired\nBachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.\n0-2 years of experience in inventory, supply chain, administration, or a related area.\nEnglish proficiency (minimum B2), both written and spoken.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.\nStrong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow established processes.\nNice to Have\nExperience with ERP systems, preferably IFS or similar platforms.\nExposure to inventory, asset management, or supply chain processes.\nExperience supporting data management, reporting, or administrative functions.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.\nWhat we offer\nGreat opportunity to work in an international company that values employees and provides right environment for right people\nHybrid work (3 days from the office, 2 days from home)\nAgency contract for 6 months with the possibility of extension\nStrong focus on work-life balance\nChance to contribute in the high-level service provided to our rigs globally\nParking space\nPastries and fruits in the office\nOffice located in well-communicated city area in Gdańsk Centre\nThis job position is open in Poland -
