The OT Security Analyst implements security systems in on-premises and cloud OT networks. Key duties include assessing current measures, network configurations, suggesting improvements, identifying weaknesses, advising on projects, and promptly addressing security incidents.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS\nGain a solid understanding of the organization's technology and OT systems.\nEnsure OT operations meet Noble, customer, and regulatory standards.\nReview and approve LAN, WAN, VPN, router, firewall, and network device installation requirements.\nTest, update, and upgrade security systems as needed.\nTake part in disaster recovery and security breach drills.\nRespond swiftly to security incidents and provide analysis afterward.\nGuide the security team, promote awareness, and arrange ongoing training.\nKeep up with latest security systems, standards, protocols, and products.\nAdvise on new initiatives, ensuring early identification and implementation of security controls and design principles.\nAssess system changes and document security risks and impacts.\nFind opportunities to standardize and simplify security tools, using native cloud features when possible.\nMonitor industry trends, threats, vulnerabilities, and new technologies.\nMake independent decisions and represent leadership as needed.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor’s Degree or equivalent education in Computer Science, Information Systems, information Security or other Information Technology-related field.\nAdditional certifications (CISSP or similar certifications)\n4 years of related experience in technical security and implementation function, including hands-on experience in: GDPR, NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, NIST CSF, IEC- 62443\nDemonstrated experience in implementing and managing at least 9 of the following security defenses: Intrusion detection and prevention systems, Endpoint monitoring, Data loss prevention, Firewalls, Security Information and Event Management, Network tabs, traffic aggregators and filters\nFamiliar with policies, standards, procedures and other forms of documentation\nFamiliar with cloud architecture, security controls, secure configuration, and deployment\nA sound understanding of emerging threats and industry trends\nWillingness to travel 15-20% as
