This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can support vendor selection, commercial negotiations, and procurement operations before independently managing the resulting agreements from inception through execution. The ideal candidate is commercially savvy, organized, and comfortable working with moderate supervision in a fast-paced environment.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nContract Management\nDraft, review, and redline a variety of agreements, including vendor, service, and SaaS contracts\nLead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms while managing risk exposure\nOversee contracts throughout their lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution\nServe as a key point of contact for contract-related matters across internal teams\nCollaborate with internal cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into clear, enforceable contractual terms\nMaintain and optimize the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system to ensure contract visibility and control\nProactively identify contractual risks and recommend practical, business-aligned solutions\nProcurement & Sourcing\nManage and support procurement activities, including supplier sourcing, evaluation, and vendor selection\nParticipate in commercial negotiations covering pricing, service levels, and delivery terms\nDevelop and support Requests for Proposals (RFPs), including scopes of work, evaluation criteria, and justification documentation\nConduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate supply risks\nAnalyze the financial components of bids and proposals to ensure cost-effectiveness\nOperations & Collaboration\nPartner with Operations to resolve delivery delays, quality issues, and invoice discrepancies\nMonitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations and procurement policies\nMaintain accurate records of supplier information, contracts, and performance metrics\nManage procurement projects using tools such as Monday.com\nProvide regular reporting to leadership on contract status, sourcing progress, cost savings, and risk mitigation\nIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and standardization\nRequirements\n QUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field\n4+ years of direct experience negotiating, redlining, and managing contracts independently, including ownership of contract lifecycle processes\n2+ years of experience supporting procurement and sourcing activities, including RFP development and vendor selection\nDemonstrated ability to interpret legal and commercial terms, assess risk, and drive negotiations to resolution\nStrong ability to manage multiple priorities across contracts and procurement workflows\nExperience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems and procurement or ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Monday.com)\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills across internal teams\n NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS\n4+ years' experience managing SaaS agreements.\nProfessional certifications such as CPSM, CPP, or CSCP\nExperience in the luxury or high-end consumer goods
