This position will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, redlining, negotiating, and administering contracts while partnering with internal stakeholders to support business objectives and manage contractual risk.\nThe ideal candidate is detail-oriented, commercially minded, highly organized, and comfortable independently managing multiple agreements in a fast-paced environment. This individual will serve as a key resource for contract-related matters and help improve the organization’s contracting processes, templates, and systems.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nContract Drafting and Negotiation\nDraft, review, revise, and redline a variety of commercial agreements, including vendor, professional services, consulting, software, SaaS, licensing, confidentiality, and other business contracts\nLead or support contract negotiations to achieve favorable commercial terms while appropriately managing risk exposure\n· Oversee contracts throughout their lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution\nIdentify contract risks and recommend practical, business-aligned solutions\nEnsure agreements accurately reflect approved business requirements and negotiated terms\nContract Lifecycle Management\nManage contracts from initial request and drafting through review, approval, signature, renewal, amendment, and expiration\nServe as a primary point of contact for contract-related questions from internal teams and external parties\nTrack key contract dates, deliverables, renewal deadlines, termination rights, and other contractual obligations\nMaintain accurate and complete contract records within the Contract Lifecycle Management system\nCoordinate internal reviews and approvals to support accurate and timely contract execution\nMonitor compliance with contractual requirements and internal policies\nAssist stakeholders with contract renewals, amendments, extensions, and terminations\nStakeholder Collaboration\nPartner with Operations, Finance, Procurement, Information Security, Privacy, and other teams to translate business needs into clear contractual terms\nCommunicate contract requirements, risks, and obligations clearly to business stakeholders\nSupport vendor and supplier engagements by reviewing associated agreements and commercial terms\nHelp resolve contract-related issues, including service-level concerns, performance issues, and interpretation of contractual obligations\nBuild effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and other external parties\nProcess Improvement and Reporting\nMaintain and improve contract templates, clause libraries, playbooks, approval workflows, and contracting procedures\nSupport the administration and optimization of the organization’s Contract Lifecycle Management system\nIdentify opportunities to streamline contract review, approval, execution, and reporting processes\nDevelop and maintain reports on contract status, turnaround times, renewals, obligations, and identified risks\nPromote consistency, accuracy, and adherence to contracting standards across the organization\nSupport contract-related training and guidance for internal teams\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies or a related field\n5+ years of experience drafting, reviewing, redlining, negotiating, and administering commercial contracts\nDemonstrated experience managing agreements throughout the full contract lifecycle\nStrong understanding of contract terms and the ability to identify and communicate associated risks\nExperience independently managing multiple contracts, deadlines, and stakeholder priorities\nStrong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills\nExcellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and judgment\nAbility to explain complex contractual concepts in clear, practical business terms\nProficiency with Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools\nExperience using Contract Lifecycle Management systems\n NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS\n4+ years’ experience managing SaaS agreements.\nExperience in the luxury or high-end consumer goods
