You set the bar for how Project Managers independently own delivery of projects and ongoing retainers from start to finish and are accountable for scope, timeline, budget and quality. You are the model person clients and internal teams rely on to keep work moving and make sound calls when things change. You'll handle the work with the most moving parts and the highest stakes, improve how the team delivers, and mentor the PMs coming up behind you.\nWhat you'll do\nLead complex engagements that span multiple service lines, phases, vendors or client stakeholders\nDesign the delivery approach for each engagement, blending methodologies where the work calls for it\nPartner with account and service leads on scoping and estimates for new work and pitches\nOwn budgets, forecasts and resourcing for large accounts and protect margin through smart tradeoffs\nReframe client expectations when scope, timeline or budget no longer supports a good outcome\nAnticipate cross-project dependencies and risks and resolve them before they reach the client\nRaise the standard of QA, reporting and documentation on your accounts and share what works\nMentor Coordinators, Junior PMs and PMs; review their plans and coach them through hard situations\nSpot recurring delivery problems and propose process or template improvements\nPilot new AI-enabled workflows and help the team adopt the ones that work\nBuild roadmaps that tie team activities to the hours needed to meet client goals and protect agency profitability\nSpot upsell and cross-sell opportunities and support account and client success leads in pursuing them\nPartner with client success, strategy and leadership to define vision, scope and requirements up front\nSkills you'll build\nDelivery methodology: Adapts and combines frameworks for complex, hybrid engagements and can explain the choice to clients.\nPlanning, scope and risk: Manages risk across a portfolio of work, not just a single project.\nResources and financials: Makes tradeoffs between scope, people and budget with margin and client value in view.\nQuality assurance: Defines what \"done\" means for complex deliverables and holds the team to it.\nDigital, web and AI fluency: Deep enough technical and marketing literacy to challenge estimates, spot integration risk and advise clients.\nCommunication: Senior client presence; handles executive stakeholders and tough conversations with confidence and tact.\nWhat success looks like\nYour accounts are profitable, well-run and growing\nClients trust you with strategic conversations, not just status\nThe PMs you mentor become more independent and capable\nProcess improvements you introduce are adopted across the team\nYou're ready to take on people management\nQualifications\n5-8 years of project management experience in a digital agency or marketing environment, including complex multi-service or enterprise engagements\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience\nProject Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP or similar certification preferred\nProven record managing large budgets, multiple concurrent projects and senior client stakeholders\nStrong working knowledge of web development processes and digital marketing fundamentals\nExperience mentoring or training other project managers\nAbility to travel and pass a company background check\nApproachable, collaborative and a confident presenter to clients and internal teams\nBasic HTML and CSS knowledge, enough to specify technical changes to development teams\nJoin Us!\nWe believe the best project managers are part strategist, part facilitator, and part motivator.
