The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Salesforce testing, including functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.\n\nYou will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Education Cloud, Contact Center solutions, and integrations with enterprise and third-party systems.\n\nThe candidate should have a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and testing methodologies, along with the ability to independently manage testing activities in an Agile enterprise environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDesign, develop, and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases based on business and technical requirements. \nPerform functional testing across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom-built components. \nValidate Salesforce configurations, including workflows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, profiles, roles, and security settings. \nConduct end-to-end integration testing across Salesforce, APIs, middleware, and external systems. \nSupport and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in collaboration with business stakeholders. \nExecute regression testing for releases, patches, and enhancements. \nValidate data integrity and accuracy across standard and custom Salesforce objects. \nWrite and execute SOQL queries for data validation and analysis. \nIdentify, document, track, and validate defects using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools. \nMaintain test documentation, execution results, and defect reports. \nCollaborate with QA leads, developers, business analysts, product owners, and platform teams. \nManage testing activities across multiple projects and releases while meeting quality standards and delivery timelines. \nContribute to QA process improvements, test standardization, and automation readiness. \n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. \n8+ years of overall QA experience, including at least 5+ years of Salesforce testing experience. \nHands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience. \nStrong understanding of Salesforce data models, standard and custom objects, object relationships, and validation rules. \nAbility to review and validate Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components from a QA perspective. \nExperience in API testing and integration testing involving middleware and third-party platforms. \nProficiency in writing and executing SOQL queries. \nExperience with test and defect management tools, preferably Azure DevOps. \nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. \nExcellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. \nAbility to work independently and collaborate effectively in Agile/Scrum environments. \n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nSalesforce-related certifications. \nExperience testing
