What to expect at initial interview and assessment?

Successful applicants will be invited to a cabin crew recruitment open day where you will meet with the experienced crew at Etihad for interview.

Requirements

If you’re ambitious, safety-minded and love looking after people, you’ll fit right in here.

• Minimum age of 21 at the time of application.
• Minimum height of 163 cm.
• High school graduate (grade 12 or equivalent).
• Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus).
• A genuine passion for people, travel and new experiences.
• Positive, confident, flexible and approachable attitude.
• Adaptable to fast-paced, ever-changing environments.
• Confident in representing Etihad as a global ambassador.
• Comfortable working irregular hours on a roster basis.
• Able to work effectively within diverse, multicultural teams.
• Committed to onboard safety and strict adherence to procedures.
• High standard of personal grooming, presentation and professionalism.
• No visible tattoos or piercings while wearing the Etihad cabin crew uniform (one earring per lobe permitted for females; cosmetic or bandage coverings are not permitted).
• No criminal records and ability to travel without restrictions.
• Willingness to serve alcohol (including during Ramadan) and comply with the UAE and GCAA requirements.
• Ability to swim with a flotation device.
