priorities effectively and have strong attention to detail.\nRole\nBook and manage flights, hotels, and ground transportation across Europe \n Research and plan optimal travel connections (cost-effective and time-efficient) \n Coordinate logistics for events, conferences, and on-site attendance \n Manage event-related invoices, track expenses, and ensure payments are made on time \n Work closely with vendors, hotels, airlines, and event organizers \n Maintain accurate records of bookings, invoices, and budgets \n Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and urgent travel requests \n Ensure all travel and event arrangements align with approved budgets\nHost and coordinate recruitment events and assessment days.\nRecruitment Support\nCoordinate candidate invitations, interview bookings and attendance confirmations.\nRespond to candidate queries and provide clear information about the recruitment process.\nSupport application screening and interview scheduling in line with agreed criteria.\nFollow up with candidates regarding outstanding documentation and next steps.\nWork closely with recruiters to ensure assessment days run smoothly and candidate follow-up is completed promptly.\nRequirements\nExperience in event coordination, recruitment administration or a similar organisational role.\nStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.\n Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills \n Comfortable handling tight deadlines and frequent changes \n Willingness to travel within Europe and attend events in person \nStrong attention to detail and confidence using Microsoft Office and administrative systems.\nAbility to build effective relationships with colleagues, candidates and
