This full-time, on-site role is based in Bengaluru and involves collaborating closely with marketing, product, and content teams to translate business objectives into impactful visual narratives. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing brand-aligned design concepts, designing logos and icons, crafting layouts and typography systems, preparing production-ready files, and ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints. The Senior Graphic Designer will also mentor junior designers, contribute to design guidelines and brand standards, and participate in brainstorming sessions to elevate the overall visual identity of NoBroker.com. The role requires balancing creative exploration with deadlines, iterating based on feedback, and maintaining a strong focus on user experience and brand coherence.\n\nQualifications\nStrong expertise in Graphic Design and Graphics, with a portfolio demonstrating diverse digital and print work.\nProficiency in Logo Design and Branding, including developing and maintaining cohesive visual identities.\nAdvanced command of Typography, layout design, and visual hierarchy for both web and mobile interfaces.\nHands-on experience with industry-standard design tools with strong AI expertise (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch or similar).\nAbility to interpret briefs, work closely with cross-functional teams, and translate complex ideas into clear visuals.\nExperience mentoring or leading designers, with strong collaboration and feedback skills.\nSolid understanding of digital marketing creatives, social media design, and performance-oriented visual communication.\nBachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\nKnowledge of UI/UX principles, motion graphics, or illustration is a plus.\nComfort working in a fast-paced.\n\nKey Skills & Experience :\nA good eye for type, color, fonts, and layouts is essential\nExcellent Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effect Software skills \nEye to detail and knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web\nAbility to receive and work on constructive criticism\nCompelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects\nKnowledge of AI tools.\nStrong working knowledge of AI-powered creative tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Freepik AI, Runway, Kling AI, Veo, Seedance, Flux, and other emerging generative AI platforms.\nLeverage AI tools to generate high-quality images, illustrations, videos, storyboards, mood boards, and creative concepts while maintaining brand consistency and creative quality.\nWrite effective prompts and iterate on AI-generated outputs to achieve production-ready visual assets.\n2-4 years of experience in Graphic
