We’re looking for a bright and resourceful designer who will step into a consumer’s mind, channel a brand’s vision and let their creativity take the wheel.\nRequirements\nWho we are looking for :\n\n4-6 years experience as a designer\nA portfolio demonstrating experience in working on complex flows, enterprise or SaaS platforms.\nProficiency in design tools like Figma, and the ability to create highly polished designs, iterate and prototype.\nAbility to use AI for prototyping and conveying concepts quickly.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills, to be able to work with PMs, Engineering and other stakeholders.\nKnowledge and experience working with Design systems and meeting Accessibility standards.\nAbility to own end-to-end flows and champion for product improvements.\nWhat you need to bring to the table :\nBuilding user focused product strategies that are effective and adapted to different needs.\nDrawing up a complete overview of the product and service through extensive research and market analysis, including identifying any bottlenecks and solutions.\nFormulating compelling arguments and solutions to create positive impact.\nPresenting ideas and thoughts in a coherent and cogent manner.\nBuilding robust information architecture and elevating product simplicity by resolving and converging all information to just a few screens.\nUsing layout, colour and typography with clear visual hierarchy to create compelling compositions.\nPerforming design QA and working closely with developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs.\nProactively driving communication with stakeholders to ensure concepts meet the intended project goals.
