This role is critical in ensuring timely, accurate processing of patient orders and serving as a key liaison between healthcare providers, clinic staff, and internal teams. You will collect and review patient documentation, coordinate order follow-ups, maintain accurate CRM records, and collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth experience for referring clinics and patients.\nResponsibilities:\nCommunicate with healthcare providers and clinic staff via phone, email, and fax to obtain required patient documentation\nProactively follow up on missing or incomplete information to ensure timely order progression\nServe as a primary point of contact for clinic navigators, referral coordinators, and administrative staff\nBuild strong relationships with clinic teams and develop an understanding of their workflows to improve communication and responsiveness\nReview incoming documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable requirements\nTrack and manage patient orders from initiation through completion, coordinating with reimbursement, operations, and clinical support teams to resolve issues\nUse Salesforce or a similar CRM to document interactions, track order progress, and maintain accurate, timely records\nMonitor dashboards and reports to prioritize outreach, follow-ups, and outstanding documentation needs\nCollaborate with Territory Managers and Associate Sales Representatives to support regional efforts and provide account updates\nAssist in onboarding new clinics and guiding staff through patient documentation requirements\nIdentify workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements to order processing and the clinic experience\nShare recurring trends, barriers, and opportunities with sales and operations teams\nEnsure all activities comply with HIPAA requirements and company policies for handling protected health information\nRequirements:\n1-3 years of experience in healthcare, sales support, customer service, or a related field\nBachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience\nExperience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred\nFamiliarity with HIPAA requirements and handling protected health information\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail\nAbility to manage multiple priorities with urgency and accuracy in a fast-paced environment\nStrong relationship-building and interpersonal skills\nProactive approach to problem-solving and
