Senior Integrated Marketing Manager

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid on-site, with approximately 20-35% travel supporting industry events, executive engagements, and strategic marketing initiatives)

Clearance Requirement: U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a security clearance

About NODA AI

NODA AI is a Veteran-owned, venture-backed technology company that is transforming how unmanned systems collaborate in complex, mission-critical environments. We are developing next-generation solutions that enable the autonomous orchestration of heterogeneous unmanned systems across air, sea, land, and space with vital applications in the Defense, intelligence, and commercial sectors.

Our marketing organization plays a critical role in shaping how our company, technology, and vision are understood across the defense ecosystem. We are building a function that moves with the business, aligning corporate strategy, business development priorities, product innovation, and market engagement to accelerate growth.

Joining NODA means working on meaningful technology that pushes the boundaries of autonomy alongside a team that thrives on innovation, rapid iteration, and collaboration.

The Role

We are seeking a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager to serve as the strategic integrator between NODA's corporate objectives and marketing execution. You will partner across Business Development, Product, Engineering, and Executive Leadership to translate corporate brand strategy, business priorities, capture strategies, product capabilities, and executive vision into integrated marketing campaigns that strengthen market positioning and support long-term growth.

Your work will span strategic communications, integrated marketing, content, digital marketing, advertising, public relations, executive visibility, events, and sales enablement. Every initiative you own will tell a consistent story and advance the company's business objectives.

Success in this role requires exceptional judgment and adaptability. You will operate in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities evolve, information is often incomplete, and processes continue to mature. As NODA scales, this role is designed to grow alongside the organization, with the potential to evolve into a Deputy Director or Director position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that align corporate objectives, business development priorities, product initiatives, and executive vision into coordinated marketing programs

  • Own integrated marketing calendars, campaign schedules, editorial calendars, and launch plans that ensure coordinated execution across the marketing organization

  • Lead the planning, execution, optimization, and performance measurement of integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels

  • Manage integrated marketing channels including digital advertising, website, email, webinars, social media, public relations, and event marketing to maximize awareness, engagement, and business impact

  • Oversee website content, campaign landing pages, and digital experiences that support customer engagement and campaign performance

  • Monitor the national and international Defense markets, industry trends, competitor positioning, media coverage, and business priorities to identify communications opportunities and inform messaging

  • Design strategic communications plans supporting corporate initiatives, executive visibility, product launches, industry engagement, recruiting, and business development

  • Develop, write, and execute editorial strategies, messaging frameworks, and content roadmaps that translate complex technical capabilities into compelling narratives aligned with NODA's brand

  • Partner closely with Business Development leadership to translate growth priorities, capture strategies, Government contract requirements, and target account plans into integrated marketing initiatives

  • Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to accurately communicate product capabilities, technical differentiation, and customer value

  • Partner with internal creative resources, video production, and external agencies to ensure marketing deliverables are strategically aligned and executed to a high standard

  • Measure campaign performance, channel effectiveness, and audience engagement, applying insights to continuously improve marketing strategy and execution

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in integrated marketing, strategic communications, corporate communications, product marketing, advertising, or related disciplines in support of the Defense Industrial Base or Armed Forces

  • Demonstrated experience supporting a Defense technology company, Government contracting, military, aerospace organization, or similarly technical B2G organization

  • Strong understanding of the Defense industrial base, Federal acquisition ecosystem, and long-cycle business development lifecycles

  • Demonstrated experience developing, executing, and evaluating integrated marketing and strategic communications programs across paid, owned, earned, and shared media

  • Demonstrated experience planning and optimizing paid and organic marketing programs across digital channels, including digital advertising, email, webinars, social, marketing automation, GEO, AEO, SEO, SEM, and analytics

  • Exceptional experience developing messaging frameworks, editorial strategies, and technical content that translates complex technologies into meaningful customer value propositions

  • Agile fluency across government contracting communication and dissemination requirements, stakeholders, and regulations

  • Demonstrated experience partnering with Business Development, Capture, Product, Engineering, Executive Leadership, and creative teams to support business growth

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, or a related discipline

  • U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain a security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with autonomous systems, AI, robotics, mission software, command and control, military operations, and other advanced defense technologies

  • Experience working within a venture-backed startup or rapidly scaling technology company

  • Experience with HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Cloud, Sprout Social, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools

  • LinkedIn and video-driven campaign experience

  • Active U.S. security clearance

Skills & Attributes

  • Strategic integrator who connects corporate strategy, business development priorities, product capabilities, and marketing execution into cohesive initiatives

  • Startup operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve and processes are continuously developing

  • Strong business judgment, balancing enterprise-level polish with iterative, minimum viable execution as the business requires

  • Bias toward action, solving problems proactively and moving work forward without waiting for perfect direction

  • Operationally agile, managing multiple concurrent initiatives and rapidly reprioritizing as business needs evolve

  • Continuous improver, identifying opportunities to strengthen marketing strategy, execution, and workflows

  • Mission driven, with a personal commitment to supporting the National Defense
