This is an exceptional opportunity to build novel product features from the ground up, working directly with customers to define requirements and collaborating with engineering teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions that transform multi-domain autonomous operations. You'll own the full product lifecycle, from strategic planning and market analysis to feature development and customer success.\nKey Responsibilities\nDefine and execute product strategy and roadmap for autonomous orchestration solutions\n\nWork directly with defense, intelligence, and commercial customers to understand requirements and translate them into actionable product features\n\nCollaborate closely with engineering teams to prioritize development efforts and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products\n\nLead cross-functional teams through the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to customer deployment\n\nConduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product positioning\n\nDevelop go-to-market strategies and support business development efforts with technical product expertise\n\nManage product launches and coordinate with customers on successful deployment and integration\n\nGather and analyze user feedback to continuously improve product offerings and customer experience\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.\n\n3+ years of product management experience leading hardware-software integrated products, with hands-on involvement in defining and delivering end-to-end systems spanning hardware, firmware, and software.\n\nStrong understanding of how software, firmware, and hardware interact in real-world, production systems.\n\nDemonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound, data-driven product decisions.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nProven experience managing complex, cross-functional and multi-stakeholder product development initiatives.\n\nU.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nMBA or advanced degree in relevant field\n\nPrevious military, government, or defense industry experience\n\nExperience with autonomous systems, robotics, AI/ML, or related technologies\n\nBackground in both technical product management and product marketing\n\nExisting security clearance\n\nExperience working with DoD or intelligence community customers\n\nSkills & Attributes\nStrategic thinking with strong execution capabilities\n\nCustomer-centric mindset with ability to translate user needs into product requirements\n\nTechnical acumen to work effectively with engineering teams and understand complex systems\n\nVersatility to handle diverse responsibilities from technical specifications to marketing positioning\n\nAdaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving startup environment\n\nPassion for innovative technology that makes a meaningful impact\n\nBenefits & Perks\nOur culture fosters collaboration, respect, and trust, empowering passionate people to do their best work.
