You will develop new products, tools and integrations while helping external teams successfully build with the company’s platform.\nThe position combines hands-on product engineering with developer enablement. You will spend significant time writing and debugging code-not simply producing documentation or responding to support requests.\nYou should have strong practical experience with Rust, TypeScript and Solana programs, together with the ability to troubleshoot frontend, backend and on-chain systems. You will also guide developers using the company’s SDKs, APIs, command-line tools, cross-program integrations and technical examples.\nWhat You’ll Do\nBuild and Launch Special Projects\nOwn projects across the entire development lifecycle, from initial concept through production deployment.\n\nBuild full-stack prototypes, internal tools and developer-facing applications.\n\nDevelop integrations that expand the capabilities of the platform and its ecosystem partners.\n\nMove quickly from an identified problem to a functional and reliable solution.\n\nSupport Developers and Partners\nProvide hands-on technical assistance to developers and partners through channels such as Telegram and Discord.\n\nGuide external teams integrating with SDKs, APIs, command-line tools and Solana programs.\n\nDiagnose TypeScript SDK errors, API issues, indexing problems and other integration challenges.\n\nWork closely with internal engineers to resolve issues across frontend, backend and on-chain systems.\n\nProvide clear and timely updates while technical issues are being investigated.\n\nImprove the Developer Experience\nProduce technical documentation, tutorials, sample applications, scripts and product demonstrations.\n\nHelp developers understand how to build reliable and secure integrations.\n\nParticipate in webinars, workshops, hackathons and community events.\n\nIdentify recurring technical questions and turn them into scalable educational resources.\n\nConnect Developers with Engineering\nGather feedback and identify recurring developer pain points.\n\nTranslate external feedback into actionable product, engineering and documentation improvements.\n\nAct as the connection between internal program teams and external builders.\n\nStay informed about developments across Solana and communicate relevant changes to the developer community.\n\nRequirements\nWhat We’re Looking For\nTechnical Capabilities\nStrong proficiency in both Rust and TypeScript.\n\nPractical experience building and debugging Solana programs.\n\nFull-stack development capabilities across frontend, backend and on-chain systems.\n\nExperience working with SDKs, APIs, command-line tools and cross-program integrations.\n\nAbility to independently build and launch functional prototypes.\n\nFamiliarity with blockchain data, indexers and production API services.\n\nStrong debugging and problem-solving abilities.\n\nBuilder Profile\nAt least 3 years of professional software development experience.\n\nDemonstrated hackathon success or a strong portfolio of independently built projects.\n\nA GitHub profile or technical portfolio showing products, tools or contributions you have shipped.\n\nPractical experience building on Solana or another comparable Layer 1 blockchain.\n\nGenuine interest in building beyond assigned work, whether through side projects, open-source contributions or hackathons.\n\nAbility to deliver quickly without unnecessarily over-engineering solutions.\n\nDeveloper-Facing Experience\nExperience working directly with developers, technical partners or open-source communities.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\n\nAbility to explain complex technical concepts to developers with different levels of experience.\n\nComfortable troubleshooting issues live and guiding developers through technical solutions.\n\nGood understanding of the Solana ecosystem, its development tools and DeFi landscape.\n\nBonus Experience\nPrevious experience in Developer Relations, developer advocacy, solutions engineering or technical support within blockchain.\n\nExperience producing technical content such as tutorials, conference presentations, webinars or videos.\n\nFamiliarity with Google
