We are looking for a Product Manager to own a product area end to end-from converting leadership direction into a clear roadmap to working closely with engineering and using market and user research to guide product decisions.\nThis is a high-ownership role for someone comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where priorities can evolve and complete information may not always be available.\nWhat You’ll Own\nProduct Strategy and Roadmap\nOwn and prioritise the product roadmap based on user needs, commercial objectives and available data.\n\nTranslate leadership direction into clear product priorities and delivery plans.\n\nEvaluate trade-offs and make sound prioritisation decisions with incomplete information.\n\nDefine and monitor metrics that measure product adoption, performance and business impact.\n\nProduct Development\nTranslate product requirements into PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria and actionable delivery plans.\n\nPartner closely with engineering and data teams to define clear, technically feasible requirements.\n\nGuide products and features from problem definition through development, launch and iteration.\n\nEnsure stakeholders remain aligned on product scope, objectives and delivery expectations.\n\nResearch and Discovery\nConduct market, competitor and user research.\n\nTurn research findings into actionable product and positioning recommendations.\n\nSpeak with users and stakeholders to identify pain points, workflows and unmet needs.\n\nConvert feedback into well-defined product improvements rather than standalone feature requests.\n\nProduct Operations\nEstablish lightweight processes for product discovery, prioritisation and delivery.\n\nMaintain clear product documentation and decision records.\n\nImprove visibility across product progress, risks and dependencies.\n\nSupport a distributed team working across technical and commercial functions.\n\nRequirements\nWhat We’re Looking For\nBusiness-level proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin is required, as the role involves regular coordination with internal team members and external stakeholders who primarily communicate in Mandarin.\n\nAt least 3 years of product management experience.\n\nExperience in crypto, fintech, data, analytics or developer tools is strongly preferred.\n\nStrong interest in digital assets and familiarity with the broader cryptocurrency ecosystem.\n\nDemonstrated experience shipping products or features from problem definition through launch.\n\nStrong written communication and the ability to create clear, structured product documentation.\n\nComfortable working directly with engineers and discussing technical or data-driven products.\n\nStrong ownership, sound judgement and the ability to operate effectively amid ambiguity.\n\nAble to work remotely with meaningful overlap during GMT+8 working hours.\n\nNice to Have\nPrevious experience at a cryptocurrency company, exchange, fintech business or analytics platform.\n\nFamiliarity with data products, APIs, dashboards or data infrastructure.\n\nSQL literacy or experience using analytics and business-intelligence tools.\n\nExperience
