Vous rejoignez un grand programme de transformation de la donnée de référence des tiers, qui vise à rationaliser les données, à répondre aux exigences réglementaires et à mieux exploiter les données externes. Vous intervenez côté systèmes de gestion des risques de marché, de contrepartie et de crédit, en lien avec des équipes IT et métiers internationales.\n\nVos missions :\n- Mener l'analyse d'impact des évolutions du programme sur les applications de gestion des risques.\n- Recueillir les besoins métier et animer ou contribuer aux ateliers.\n- Rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles détaillées des évolutions.\n- Chiffrer à haut niveau les changements avec les équipes IT.\n- Construire la feuille de route, gérer et prioriser le backlog.\n- Expliquer les besoins aux développeurs.\n- Définir et exécuter la stratégie de tests de non-régression, puis coordonner la phase d'UAT.\n- Documenter les changements.\n\nRef : O-MUQLL\nProfil recherché\nVous avez une solide expérience de Business Analyst IT dans de grands programmes de transformation, en environnement bancaire. Vous connaissez les systèmes de risques (crédit, contrepartie ou marché) et les sujets de données de référence, de qualité et de gouvernance de la donnée. Vous maîtrisez la rédaction de spécifications, les user stories, l'analyse d'impact, la coordination des tests et les méthodes Agile et Waterfall. Anglais courant à l'écrit et à l'oral.
