No degree required - just genuine people skills and a passion for community building.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nManage and moderate NoGigiddy's online community spaces - Discord, Facebook Group, Reddit, and social comments\nRespond to member questions, posts, and feedback in a timely and authentic brand voice\nCreate regular community content - polls, threads, announcements, and conversation starters\nIdentify and recognize top community members and power users\nCollect community feedback and surface insights to the product and content teams\nCoordinate with the social and support teams to resolve escalated issues\nMonitor community health metrics and report trends weekly\nREQUIREMENTS\nNo degree required\nProven experience managing or growing an online community (any platform)\nStrong written communication with a warm, authentic voice\nEmpathetic and patient - you handle frustrated members without losing your cool\nOrganized enough to stay on top of multiple community channels at once\nFamiliarity with Discord, Facebook Groups, or Reddit moderation tools\nBENEFITS\nHourly pay of $17-$24/hr\nFully remote\nCreative input into community programming and culture\nGrowth path into head of community or brand roles\nAccess to the full NoGigiddy earning opportunity network\nEqual Opportunity Employer.
