As our CPA Network Manager, you'll own the relationships with our affiliate networks, curate the best offers for our users, and optimize performance across the board. No degree required - but you need to understand the math of performance marketing and have the hustle to make it work.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nManage active relationships with CPA and affiliate networks (HasOffers, CAKE, Everflow, and others)\nEvaluate new offers for quality, relevance, and payout competitiveness\nNegotiate rates and terms with network account managers\nMonitor offer performance - EPC, conversion rates, and user complaint trends\nCoordinate with the content and social teams to promote high-performing offers\nEnsure all offers meet NoGigiddy's quality and compliance standards before publishing\nMaintain a live dashboard of active offers, payouts, and network performance\nREQUIREMENTS\nNo degree required\nFamiliarity with CPA marketing or affiliate networks strongly preferred\nStrong analytical skills - you live in spreadsheets and dashboards\nExcellent negotiation and communication skills with external partners\nDetail-oriented with a compliance mindset - not every offer makes the cut\nAbility to juggle multiple network relationships simultaneously\nSelf-managed and results-driven\nBENEFITS\nHourly pay of $20-$30/hr\nFully remote\nHigh-impact role with direct influence on company revenue\nGrowth path into head of partnerships or affiliate strategy\nAccess to the full NoGigiddy earning opportunity network\nEqual Opportunity Employer.
