But beyond the years, we're specifically looking for:\nSomeone who thinks about user emotion as much as user flow. The best features in a health app don't just work; they make you feel something.\nDeep comfort with product analytics: Amplitude, Mixpanel, Firebase, or similar. You should be able to diagnose a retention problem from a funnel before you ask for a dashboard.\nAn experimentation mindset: you ship fast, measure honestly, and know the difference between a feature that feels right and one that actually works.\nStrong design partnership instincts: you have UI/UX opinions, you push back on bad patterns, and you elevate the craft in every review.\nThe ability to hold vision and execution simultaneously; this is not a strategy role with someone else doing the detail work.
