One that earns the upgrade.\nThe problems worth solving\nThis is what makes the role genuinely hard and genuinely interesting.\nConverting a free, habit-forming product into sustainable revenue\n\nPricing and packaging for a price-sensitive, UPI-first market\n\nDesigning paywalls that convert without eroding trust or engagement\n\nFinding the monetisable moment inside a health and fitness journey\n\nBuilding an experimentation engine that turns hunches into evidence\n\nWhat you'll own\nYou'll own monetisation for the entire NoiseFit app - the full journey from first open to first payment, and every renewal after.\nMonetisation product\nSubscription funnel - paywall design, pricing experiments, trial mechanics, renewal optimisation\n\nIn-app purchase revenue - store watch faces, content packs, and new categories\n\nFree-to-paid conversion journey end-to-end - first open to first payment\n\nNew monetisation opportunities - partnerships, health commerce, premium features\n\nExperimentation & analytics\nA/B testing roadmap for all monetisation surfaces - paywalls, pricing, placement, copy\n\nMonetisation metrics - ARPU, conversion rate, LTV, subscription churn, revenue per cohort\n\nFunnel instrumentation with Data; dashboard ownership; actionable insight pipeline\n\nHypothesis backlog - every test has a defined expected outcome and success threshold\n\nWho we're looking for\nWe're looking for someone with experience in PM with monetisation, growth, or revenue-adjacent experience.\nMore importantly, we're looking for someone who:\nHas run A/B tests end-to-end - knows what valid looks like, and what to do when results are inconclusive\n\nHas touched a paywall, subscription flow, or IAP mechanic - and has a POV on why it worked or didn't\n\nIs fluent in Amplitude, Mixpanel, CleverTap, Firebase; SQL a bonus\n\nUnderstands ARPU and retention are coupled - won't grow revenue by quietly killing engagement\n\nIs curious about Indian consumer behaviour - price sensitivity, UPI psychology, what closes the loop in Jaipur or Patna\n\nWhy this role, why now\nOwnership from day one: You're laying the foundations, not optimising the margins. The decisions you make in the first six months shape the revenue architecture for years.\nScale that gives you power: 40 million users means experiments reach statistical significance in days. A 1% conversion lift is a real business outcome you'll see clearly.\nThe India opportunity: Consumer monetisation in India is still being figured out. Western playbooks don't transfer cleanly.
