You will work closely with cross-functional teams across hardware, firmware, mobile applications, cloud services, algorithms, and external technology partners to bring innovative wearable experiences from concept to mass production.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong technical depth with product thinking and has experience building consumer electronics, wearables, IoT devices, or health-tech products.\nYour will be's\n1) Product & Technology Strategy\nDefine and drive the technology roadmap for wearable platforms and next-generation health features.\n\nIdentify emerging trends in wearables, sensors, health monitoring, AI, and edge computing.\n\nTranslate business objectives into technical product requirements and development plans.\n\nEvaluate new technologies, components, and partnerships to enhance product capabilities.\n\n2) Technical Product Development\nOwn end-to-end technical requirements for wearable features and platform capabilities.\n\nCreate detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), technical specifications, and validation plans.\n\nDrive development of health and fitness features, including:\nHeart Rate Monitoring\n\nSleep Tracking\n\nStress Monitoring\n\nSpO₂ Monitoring\n\nActivity Recognition\n\nEnergy & Recovery Metrics\n\nAI-powered Health Insights\n\nCollaborate with firmware, hardware, mobile app, cloud, and algorithm teams to ensure seamless implementation.\n\n3) R&D Execution\nLead feasibility studies, proofs-of-concept, and technology evaluations.\n\nDrive sensor selection, optical architecture discussions, algorithm integration, and system optimization.\n\nWork with engineering teams to resolve technical bottlenecks and product trade-offs.\n\nEnsure technical readiness before product commercialization.\n\n4) Partner & Vendor Management\nCollaborate with chipset vendors, sensor suppliers, algorithm providers, and ODM/OEM partners.\n\nManage technical discussions, integration plans, timelines, and deliverables.\n\nEvaluate third-party technology solutions and drive technical negotiations.\n\n5) Validation & Performance\nDefine KPIs and success metrics for wearable performance.\n\nAnalyze validation data and benchmark performance against industry-leading products.\n\nDrive improvements in: Accuracy, Battery Life, Sensor Performance, User Experience, System Reliability\n\nSupport certification, field testing, and production readiness activities.\n\nThe Ideal Noisemaker:\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields.\n\n5-8 years of experience in Product Management, R&D, Systems Engineering, or Technical Program Management.\n\nExperience working on consumer electronics, wearables, IoT devices, health-tech products, or embedded systems.\n\nStrong understanding of:\nEmbedded Systems\n\nFirmware Development\n\nBluetooth Low Energy (BLE)\n\nSensors and Signal Processing\n\nMobile App Integration\n\nCloud Architecture\n\nAI/ML-based Consumer Features\n\nAbility to understand technical architecture and translate it into customer-focused product requirements.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with smartwatch, smart ring, fitness tracker, or hearable products.\n\nUnderstanding of PPG sensors, IMU sensors, optical systems, and health algorithms.\n\nExperience working with algorithm validation, calibration, and performance benchmarking.\n\nFamiliarity with RTOS-based embedded platforms and wearable chipset ecosystems.\n\nExposure to health and wellness domains, including biometric sensing and digital health solutions.\n\nExperience working with global technology vendors and
