The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise, analytical thinking, customer-facing experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving telecommunications environment.\nLead the network performance function by defining and implementing performance measurement and monitoring processes.\nMonitor, analyze, and report network KPIs across Radio and Core network domains.\nIdentify KPI degradations, correlate performance issues with network events, and drive appropriate escalation processes.\nDevelop, automate, and optimize reporting and data analysis processes to improve operational efficiency.\nDesign and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for network performance data collection and processing.\nCreate and deliver regular performance reports and dashboards for customers, senior management, and internal stakeholders.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, recommend, and implement network performance improvements.\nSupport end-to-end operational activities and contribute to the creation and continuous improvement of business processes.\nAct as a customer-facing representative for performance-related discussions and escalations.\nCoordinate with internal and external teams to investigate and resolve network performance issues.\nParticipate in on-call support rotations and provide timely response to critical network incidents.\n Experience in Network Performance Monitoring within telecommunications environments.\nStrong understanding of Radio Network Planning, Integration, and Optimization.\nExperience monitoring and analyzing Radio and Core Network KPIs, including performance degradation analysis and escalation management.\nAbility to develop and automate data analysis, reporting, and ETL processes.\nCustomer-facing experience with strong stakeholder management and communication skills in English.\nAnalytical, proactive, and hands-on approach to problem-solving.\nStrong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to work in fast-paced environments.\nAbility to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.\nFlexibility to participate in a 24/7 on-call support rotation.\nNice to have:\nSpanish language skills.\nExperience in Incident Management and Operations Support (L1/L2/L3).\nKnowledge of Core, IP, and Radio network technologies.\nExperience with process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.\nAdditional information:\nThe organization is evolving.
