data and HR metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that inform business and talent strategies.\nDevelop dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide meaningful insights to HR and business leaders.\nSupport workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, and employee retention initiatives through data analysis and predictive insights.\nTranslate complex data into clear recommendations that drive business outcomes and improve workforce effectiveness.\nEstablish and monitor key HR performance indicators and workforce metrics.\nAI Transformation & Automation\nIdentify opportunities to improve HR processes through AI, automation, and digital innovation.\nPartner with HR stakeholders to design and implement AI-enabled solutions that improve productivity, employee experience, and decision-making.\nEvaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend practical use cases that align with business needs and HR priorities.\nSupport responsible AI adoption by promoting best practices in governance, compliance, and ethical use of employee data.\nMeasure and communicate the impact and effectiveness of AI-driven initiatives.\nEmployee Experience & HR Programs\nSupport initiatives that improve employee engagement, workplace culture, and employee experience.\nCollaborate with HR teams on programs related to workforce transformation, organizational changes, rewards and recognition, and talent initiatives.\nContribute insights that help leaders understand employee trends, engagement levels, and organizational effectiveness.\nDrive continuous improvement efforts by simplifying processes and enhancing service delivery through technology and data.\nData Governance & Operational Excellence\nEnsure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of HR data across systems and reporting platforms.\nSupport data governance practices, compliance requirements, and reporting standards.\nPartner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve HR processes and drive operational excellence.\nMaintain documentation, methodologies, and analytical frameworks that support scalable reporting and decision-making.\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.\n3+ years of experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, people analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into business recommendations.\nExperience with HR systems, reporting tools, and data visualization platforms.\nAdvanced proficiency in Excel and experience working with large datasets.\nKnowledge of data analysis techniques, statistical methods, and workforce metrics.\nDemonstrated ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nStrong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.\nProven track record of driving process improvements through analytics and technology.\nIt Would Be Nice If You Also Had\nExperience implementing AI, machine learning, automation, or generative AI solutions in HR or business environments.\nExperience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, R, or other analytics tools.\nKnowledge of workforce planning methodologies and predictive analytics.\nExperience supporting organizational transformation or change management initiatives.\nUnderstanding of data governance, privacy, compliance, and responsible AI principles.\nExperience within a global or matrixed
