Acting as the primary interface for the customer throughout project execution, this role drives project planning, stakeholder management, financial performance, risk and opportunity management, and operational delivery. The Customer Project Manager ensures projects are delivered in accordance with contractual obligations, company methodologies, and quality standards while fostering strong customer relationships and business growth opportunities.\nLead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of customer projects and programs.\nManage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.\nCoordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.\nServe as the primary point of contact for customers during project execution and delivery.\nEnsure contractual commitments, performance targets, and customer expectations are achieved.\nManage project financials, including forecasting, profitability, and cost control.\nDrive change management activities and ensure alignment across all project stakeholders.\nDevelop and maintain effective communication plans with customers and internal stakeholders.\nMonitor project performance through agreed KPIs and implement corrective actions when needed.\nEnsure compliance with company processes, methodologies, governance requirements, and health and safety standards.\nSupport pre-sales and business development activities by contributing project management expertise.\nIdentify opportunities for contract growth, renewal, and additional customer value.\nCapture and apply lessons learned and best practices to drive continuous improvement.\nMust have:\n12 years+ of experience in Customer Project Management and Contract Management.\nProven experience managing complex customer-facing projects within railway, transportation, or telecommunications environments.\nStrong knowledge of T2G, railway systems, and IP backbone networks.\nExperience managing project financials, forecasting, and commercial performance.\nStrong customer relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills.Ability to manage different projects, including different customer interfaces.\n\nSolid understanding of risk management, change management, and project governance principles.\nAbility to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results in a dynamic environment.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.\nFluent in English and Hebrew.\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Business, or a related field is preferred.\nProject Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is an advantage\nNice to have\nDemonstrated rollout and deployment management experience.Bachelor's degree
