corrosion), and assist in assessing field risks.\nEngage with Nokia component suppliers to investigate failures and identify root causes, as well as define corrective and preventive actions.\nConduct horizontal analyses to determine if similar failures exist in other Nokia Optics products.\nCollaborate with HW design teams to incorporate lessons learned from field issues into new designs, improving product reliability.\nProvide clear and concise updates to internal stakeholders and management.\n A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or equivalent practical experience.\nStrong knowledge of optical communication products and standard optical testing strategies.\nProficiency in circuit design and troubleshooting.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to provide clear updates to management and explain complex technical issues to non-technical audiences.\nA proactive problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple challenges simultaneously.\nInitiative to collaborate with colleagues across teams around the world to access specialized expertise when needed.\nA strong sense of urgency and commitment to resolving problems quickly and
