You will work effectively as part of a worldwide team, in a multicultural and dynamic context, stay at the state of the art both in terms of technical knowledge and development methodologies, derive from high level product/system requirements detailed HW solutions, take fast ownership of complex existing designs, developing new features, proposing optimizations.\nDigital Hardware (DHA) comprises the specification, design, and implementation of digital hardware. This HW will be part of indoor equipment or uW transceivers, and consists of modems, Ethernet switches, uC, associated power supply circuits to be integrated at module level for verification and product integration.\nRequirement analysis and feasibility studies\n\nHW architecture definition and selection of relevant technologies/components\n\nHW development and technical detailed design\n\nHW unit test/qualification and reporting\n\nHW project status reporting and tracking\n\nHW Configuration management\n\nHW pre-integration at system level, including modem and RF parts\n\nContribute to process improvement and innovation\n\n You have:\nDegree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering or any related field\n\nDeep theoretical knowledge of techniques/technologies related to electronic domains\n\nSolid background in maths and physics as provided by engineering university courses\n\nExperience to use specific test equipment such as Ethernet tester, power supply, scopes\n\nKnowledge in digital components such as Ethernet switch, memories, modem, microprocessor\n\nExperience on HW design and product life cycle\n\nKnowledge of schematic capture tools such as Mentor or similar\n\nFluent spoken and written English and Italian\n\nGood teamwork skills\n\nAdaptability and accountability\n\nEffectively cooperating with people with different technical background and culture, dealing with diverse situations and viewpoints\n\nEager to learn and expand own knowledge\n\nIt would be nice if you also had :\nKnowledge of active devices and electronic system thermal management\n\nKnowledge in analog circuit design, linear and non-linear\n\nKnowledge of modulation and demodulation theory, QAM signals\n\nExperience to use specific test equipment as spectrum analyzer, TDR\n\nKnowledge of widely used simulators such as ADS, CST and
