knowledge of TV signal encoding, media codecs, smart tv applications, setup box functionalities.\nStrong experience with datacenter infrastructure environments.\nStrong experience with Linux environments.\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.\nFamiliarity with network monitoring tools and techniques for identifying and resolving network problems.\nGood understanding of incident and change management processes, including ITIL frameworks.\nEffective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.\nWillingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry best practices.\nStrong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality support services.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks
