our office/lab\nAdapt to AI/ML-driven test strategy transformation via utilizing existing AI toolkits to drive AI powered testing process enhancements, share and consume AI tools and skills with colleagues and teams\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline testing workflows and improve efficiency.\nDocument test procedures and results for continuous improvement and knowledge sharing\nProficient in Python programming, knowledge of Python automation and test frameworks\n\nKnowledge of CMIS specifications\n\nDeep understanding of optical module HW/SW interface including I2C/I3C, UART, SGMII\n\nHands-on experience of optical transmitter/Receiver characteristics and digital diagnostics, familiar with module optical performance\n\nExperience with data center operation\n\nHands-on telecommunication traffic generation, optical test equipment, and log analysis\n\nTypically, 1-2 years directly related experience and a graduate equivalent
