practices.\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to optical and electrical test equipment, ensuring smooth operations.\nStay abreast of industry trends and advancements in optoelectronics to incorporate innovative manufacturing testing techniques.\nSupport production transfers to other factories\nSupport Global operations and R&D Team\n You have:\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.\nMinimum 3-5 years of experience in optoelectronics product validation and testing, with a focus on optical communication and manufacturing.\nProficiency in data analysis tools, particularly SQL and JMP, for efficient data handling and interpretation.\nStrong understanding of optical communication principles and electrical/optical test fundamentals, ensuring accurate test execution.\nFamiliarity with optical and electrical test equipment, including their calibration and maintenance procedures.\nExperience with vb.net or similar programming languages for test automation, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills, enabling effective troubleshooting and
