qualification documentation\n Troubleshoot complex microwave networks\n Interact with customers to resolve technical problems\n Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality processes\n Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)\n Strong understanding of microwave systems, including Ethernet interfaces, RF transmitters/receivers, and modem operation\n Hands-on lab experience with basic system and RF measurements\n Working knowledge of microwave transmission principles and link budgeting\n Ability to troubleshoot complex microwave networks\n Experience performing qualification testing and producing technical reports\n Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction\n Familiarity with North American regulatory requirements (e.g., FCC, ISED)\n Proven ability to work cross-functionally with development and integration teams\n Proficiency with test equipment such as VNAs, spectrum analyzers, power meters, and data analysis
