Ensure seamless interoperability between ngCRM and other service-related applications. Identify opportunities to improve user experience and operational efficiency across connected systems.\nOversee the successful delivery of programs and projects within scope, budget, and timeline. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track program success. Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution.\n Must-Have:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline with 8-10 years working on cloud SW products and leading teams in different roles\nEffective communication skills and flexibility to closely collaborate with international partners and colleagues , Lead product delivery\nExperience in people management and leading internal and external teams\nProven experience in Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
