# Program Manager

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager who works well in a team and independently in a multi-disciplined and culturally diverse organization. Individual needs to be able to prioritize work, multi-task and make effective decisions. Project Management - Project Core Team (PCT) representation, management of Supply Chain cross-functional team, leading tech issues resolution, CAPEX/OPEX management, capacity planning, participation in transformational projects Partnering with Product and Test Engineering, Business Line R&D and Global Operations to manage day to day supply chain issues in NPI and ongoing production, and develop long term supply chain strategies. To do this, the PM works cross functionally with the R&D Engineering, Product Management, Global Operations, SCE Functions and supplier partners at Tier 1 and Tier 2. Driving new product introduction projects into the Nokia Supply Chain. This is a core responsibility of the PM team.
