provide product debug support (2nd level support).\nAdministrative tasks such as asset management, order management, formal audits, support calibration process for test equipment.\n3-4 years of manufacturing test programming and automation experience.\n3-4 years of hardware design experience.\nBasic SQL skills for independent data retrieval.\nKnowledge in optical technologies and assemblies.\nKnowledge in debug, root cause analysis and manufacturing data analysis.\nHands-on experience with optical measurement instruments.\nFamiliarity with AI.\n A BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical experience\nExperience with any of NI Test Stand / Lab View, Visual Studio / Visual Basic, Phyton, TCL or C#.\nA strong team player with good analogue and digital hardware and Supply Chain / manufacturing background.\nAbility to perform in an international team environment and work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and providing support to resolve global manufacturing issues remotely.\nAvailability for international
