This includes LAN, WAN, wireless, internet, DNS/DHCP, firewalls, remote access, monitoring, and IT/OT connectivity, with a strong focus on reliability, cybersecurity, scalability, standardization, and business continuity.\n Own the end-to-end architecture and technical roadmap for the Fabrinet plant network, aligned with business, manufacturing, security, and global IT standards\nAssess the current environment and define a phased modernization plan covering capacity, resilience, lifecycle risks, technical debt, and migration priorities\nDesign and implement highly available LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, wireless, internet, DNS/DHCP, firewall, remote-access, and load-balancing solutions\nDevelop secure IT/OT network segmentation and connectivity patterns that protect manufacturing systems while enabling approved business services\nLead network implementation, migration, validation, and cutover activities with minimal impact to production operations\nEstablish redundancy, failover, backup, recovery, and capacity measures that meet agreed availability and business-continuity requirements\nOwn major and priority incidents through resolution, providing permanent fixes or effective workarounds and clear stakeholder communication\nPerform root-cause and problem analysis, document corrective and preventive actions, and eliminate recurring design or operational weaknesses\nPlan and execute requests and changes in accordance with ITIL, security, testing, approval, rollback, and plant maintenance-window requirements\nImplement proactive monitoring, alerting, performance management, configuration control, and reporting for critical network services\nDefine and enforce network security standards, conduct regular assessments, and remediate vulnerabilities and compliance gaps\nCoordinate with manufacturing site team , cybersecurity, application, infrastructure, facilities, and global network teams to deliver integrated solutions\nManage technical engagement with OEMs, carriers, service providers, and L4 engineering teams, including escalation and service-performance follow-up\nMaintain architecture diagrams, configurations, operational procedures, support handover documents, asset records, and management reports\nAbility to work in flexible hours when required to meet business and operational demands.\nProvide technical leadership, mentor support teams, and identify automation and emerging technologies that improve reliability and operational efficiency\n Bachelor’s or engineering degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with more than 5+ years of experience managing complex and business-critical network environments\nProven experience designing and modernizing network architecture for manufacturing plants or other highly available operational environments\nRecent hands-on experience with routers, switches, SD-WAN, enterprise wireless, firewalls, remote access, virtualization, load balancers, and network management platforms\nStrong understanding of IT/OT segmentation, high-availability design, redundancy, disaster recovery, capacity planning, and secure plant connectivity\nDeep knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, ARP, STP, trunking, port channels, VRF, OSPF, IS-IS, BGP, VRRP, QoS, multicast, MPLS, IPsec, and TLS\nHands-on experience with FortiGate and Palo Alto firewalls; experience with Zscaler SASE and relevant network or security certifications is highly desirable\nStrong diagnostic and root-cause analysis skills, supported by practical experience with monitoring, packet analysis, logging, performance, and security tools\nKnowledge of scripting, API integration, and AI/LLM-assisted network automation;
