experience in telecom software development, with a focus on cloud-native platforms and large-scale production systems.\nHands-on expertise in ReactJS and modern web application architectures, with a proven track record in UI design and development.\nDeep knowledge of Kubernetes, microservices architecture, and distributed systems, including Kubernetes Operators and CRDs.\nExtensive experience in FCAPS solutions, 4G/5G Core Networks, and network functions, with a solid understanding of SNMP and 3GPP standards.\nExperience in designing telecom management and observability platforms, ensuring carrier-grade performance and security.\nProficiency in large-scale data processing and event-driven architecture, with hands-on experience in Kafka-based streaming solutions.\nBackground in DevSecOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and Kubernetes operations, ensuring secure and efficient development practices.\nGood to have:\nExposure to AI-assisted development tools and platforms is preferred, as is a proven track record of technical leadership and
