Operators, Helm, and OpenShift-based platform engineering.\nCandidates with prior product software development experience in the OAM/FCAPS or EMS/NMS or Core Network domain will be preferred.\nHands-on experience with Kafka, event-driven architectures, large-scale telemetry/data ingestion pipelines, and high-volume distributed systems.\nStrong knowledge of ClickHouse, VictoriaMetrics, MariaDB, and performance optimization of data-intensive applications and platforms.\nProven experience with observability and monitoring technologies, including OpenTelemetry (OTLP), OpAMP, PromQL/VMQL, metrics, logs, traces, and automated RCA frameworks.\nStrong experience in CI/CD, DevOps, test automation, quality engineering, Jenkins, and software reliability practices across the delivery lifecycle, with experience leveraging AI-powered development tools, Agentic AI frameworks, and engineering automation.\nNice to have:\nCandidates with prior Scrum Master experience are
