schematics, analyze scope traces, and validate assumptions on real hardware.\n Establish architecture standards, coding guidelines, HAL/BSP structures, reusable platform layers, and conduct design reviews.\n Lead technical trade-off decisions (cost, performance, power, time-to-market) and document rationale for engineering leadership.\n Drive quality and reliability through debug strategies, diagnostics, failure analysis, and compliance with functional safety, EMC, and industry regulations.\n Mentor development and test engineers, guide design reviews, and unblock critical issues to raise team skill level.\n Perform architectural leadership, ensuring scalability and maintainability of software across product generations.\n BTech / MTech in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering or related field with embedded software development experience.\nMinimum 18+ years of experience in embedded systems design and development.\nDeep understanding of RTOS, multithreaded software systems and operating system concepts.\nExperience with OTN standards and optical devices (preferred).\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills.\nProven architectural leadership and ability to define system-wide solutions.\nWell-versed in object-oriented design, design patterns, and coding best practices.\nExcellent communication and collaboration abilities across cross-functional teams.\nHands-on experience with secure boot, cryptography, threat modeling, and OTA
