EDFA, Raman etc., used in optical network deployments.\nDevelop and maintain Firmware Requirement and Design documents.\nCollaborate with optical, hardware, FPGA, software, manufacturing, and test teams for seamless integration.\nProvide knowledge transfer to manufacturing processes.\nDebug and resolve customer issues effectively.\nContribute to testing documentation to ensure product quality and compliance.\nParticipate in design reviews and provide input on architectural decisions.\nContinuously seek improvements in firmware development processes and methodologies.\n BE/BTech or ME/MTech in Computer Science, Electronics and communications engineering or related field\n8+ years of embedded software development experience in a multithreaded real-time environment\nStrong C/C++ programming skills, system understanding, and debugging abilities are required.\nCandidate must be a quick-learner and self-starter, energetic, flexible and positive\nHands-on experience in developing firmware, participating in requirement gathering, design and test plan reviews\nHands-on experience in using test equipment such as traffic generators, JTAG debuggers\nProficiency in Linux and C/C++ in embedded systems including micro controller-based systems.\nExperience with device driver development for Linux or Real-Time Operating Systems\nKnowledge of hardware interfaces and protocols (I²C, SPI, Ethernet, PCIe)\nHands-on experience in hardware bring-up and Uboot bootloader\nGood analytical and troubleshooting skills are critical\nFamiliarity with Docker, JIRA, bit-bucket, and confluence is beneficial.\nExcellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities\nExperience in working collaboratively with a geographically separated team\nFamiliarity with RTOS environments (FreeRTOS, ThreadX,
